Soft 4.5" blue dice with screen printed numbers on one die (2,4,6,8,10,12) and exercise directions on the other die (push-ups, sit-ups, arm circle, hop on one foot, toe touch, and jumping jack).

  • Students roll the dice and then do what the combination of dice say.
