Jump Rope 101 For Elementary School Jumpers

Jump ropes are a simple yet incredible useful and versatile tool to utilize in your physical education repertoire. Not only do they require your students use fitness skills such as coordination and endurance, but they can also be used in a lot of really fun activities that will keep your kids engaged in and enjoying class.

As with anything else in an elementary school setting, establishing a baseline skill set is vital to fostering students' interest in jumping rope and their subsequent desire to improve and grow.
