Peg Board Basics for Beginners

If you want to look like a badass Ninja Warrior doing your workouts, then dominating a peg board is a good place to start. The only problem is that a pegboard workout is a physically demanding, grueling exercise that can challenge the best of them.

Not only does it require an abundance of back, lat and core strength, but you also need to be being able to hang and swing while moving the pegs.

This video does a great job demonstrating various beginner-level exercises that will enable you to get more comfortable on working out with a pegboard, while also building the strength needed to get more advanced.
